论高校图书馆开架借阅之读者服务

∀摘! 要# 高校图书馆采用开架借阅方式方便读者的同时, 也为读者服务带来了新的问题。文章在简要介绍图书馆开放借
阅模式的基本现状后, 给出开放模式下的一个典型案例, 说明馆员在读者服务过程中所应关注的深层次内容。以此为基础, 从
Google Answer/百度知道模式、BBS/ E- mail/ SMS/ IM 手段、CRM 系统数据源获取和分析、RFID 等新技术的使用等几个方面给出
开架借阅环境下改进读者服务的一些思路。

Reader Service of Open- shelf Lending in University Library

∀Abstract# Open- shelf lending in university library can bring the reader some convenience, on the other way, it also
brings some new problems to reader service. After introducing the existing state of library
s open- shelf mode, one typical case in
open- shelf mode was provided. In this case, the paper showed us what
s the librarian should be paid attention and how to give
deep- level service to the reader. Base on this, the paper gave many suggestions, such as the mode of Google Answer and Baidu
to know, the using of BBS/ E- mail/ SMS/ IM , the data source gaining and analysis from CRM system, the using of RFID, and
so on.
