题目线圈恒压装置的设计
摘要
线圈恒压装置是主要用于大型连续式和饼式变压器线圈在高温干燥真空环境,在恒定压紧力的作用下线圈的压紧工序作业,是干式变压器线圈生产制造过程的专用设备,一般在常温环境下。但是线圈恒压装置需要在高温真空罐内压紧作业,因此针对此装置需要设计出一套适合真空罐内使用的压紧装置[1]。
此装置包括上下压板和液压系统,液压系统包括一套液压泵、四个一组的压紧油缸以及换向球阀。线圈通过绕线机绕制在模架上,上下压盘通过四根拉杆将线圈固定,在每个拉杆的下端吊装一个空心压紧油缸,当泵站的高压油通入油缸以后,缸筒与活塞相对运动,通过拉杆将力传递给上下压盘,从而对线圈实施压紧作用[2]。
此装置具有外形结构紧凑、使用零部件少、装配维修相对容易、操作安全快捷、压紧质量高等特点。

ABSTRACT
Coil constant pressure device is mainly used for large-scale continuous and cake-type transformer coil in the hot, dry vacuum, the role of constant pressing force in the paction processes operating under. It is the dry type transformer coil manufacturing process equipment. The general environment at room temperature, in order to winding the full dehydration,pressing need to work in high-temperature vacuum tank,for this design a suitable clamping device used in the vacuum tank.
Constant pressure device including upper and lower platen, and the hydraulic mechanism, hydraulic mechanism includes a hydraulic pump, a group of pression cylinders and reversing valve, coil winding machine winding through the shelves in the model, upper and lower pressure plate to the coil through the four fixed rod, lifting the bottom of each rod a hollow pression, high-pressure oil through the pump station into the tank after, pass through the rod to force the upper and lower platen, to the implementation of pression coil.
This device has pact shape, use fewer parts, relatively easy assembly and maintenance, safe and efficient operation, compression characteristics of the quality of higher.
