DoDAF标准的系统效能评价

摘要:基于美国防部系统框架标准的系统动态性能测量和评价,以着色Petri网为仿真工具,用系统效能分析方法实现。以美军远程攻击部队ESG保卫太平洋上A岛为例,先分解出其防御系统进行CPN建模。包括预警机构、指挥中心、引导机构和执行机构等单元。选择系统在单位时间内摧毁威胁的数量和处理时间以及逃逸率作为评价系统效能的指标进行仿真分析,同时为系统设置不同的初始值,得到不同状况下系统的性能轨迹,由此完成评价。
System Effectiveness Evaluation Based on DoDAF Standard

Abstract: System effectiveness dynamic measurement and evaluation based on DoDAF standard was simulated by Colored and implemented with the method of system effectiveness evaluation. Took ESG (Expeditionary Strike Group) protecting the A island on the Pacific Ocean as an example, analyzed the defense system and carried out the CPN modeling at first. This system includes anization, command center, pilot and execution departments. The number of the destroyed threat, the executed time and escaped rates in the unit time were chosen as the guide lines to simulate and analyze the system. At the same time, set many different initial values in order to obtain the performance trace in different status, so could plish this evaluation.

基于模糊层次分析法的某型导弹系统效能评估

摘要:某导弹系统的效能评估,采用将模糊综合评判应用于评估模型的方法。即通过建立多层次的评价指标体系,对单项指标采用专家评判法,并采用递推算法给出目标层对评语的隶属度。同时,引入打分法,给出某导弹系统效能的代数值,由数值的大小给出优劣评定,从而得出该武器系统的效能。
