摘要:啤酒废水是一种高浓度有机废水。通过比较国外现有的多种处理啤酒废水工艺,选择了好氧、厌氧组合法处理啤酒废水的治理思路,确定了UASB+CASS的组合工艺为工程的最优化的方法。在解析整个处理工艺的基础上。通过对各处理单元的设计,该工艺可将废水COD由2200mg/L降至80mg/L以下,BOD5从1200mg/L降至20 mg/L以下,SS由550mg/L降到70mg/L以下,污染物的处理效率分别到达96%、98%、87%,出水符合国家标准。,同时对产生的沼气进行回收利用,具有一定的经济和环境效益。

Abstract:The beer wastewater is a high anic waste water, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is also high. Through paring of a variety of beer wastewater treatment process, the aerobic, bination method for treating beer wastewater treatment method, the method of determining bined process of UASB+CASS for engineering optimization. Based on the analysis of the whole process. Through the design of the processing unit, the process can be COD of the wastewater from 2200mg/L to 80mg/L, BOD5 from 1200mg/L to 20 mg/L below, SS dropped to below 70mg/L by 550mg/L, the treatment efficiency of pollutants respectively reached 96%, 98%, 87%, the effluent meet the national standard.
