摘要
本次毕业设计是关于冷床升降链机械结构的设计,主要任务是设计链式传动机构,升降机构,各种支架。课题主要包括以下内容:
第一步首先对冷床作了简单的概述,介绍了冷床的现状和发展状况。冷床作为现代工业生产中的重要环节对钢材产品的质量起着至关重要的作用。接着介绍冷床的分类,包括往复多爪式冷床,链式冷床,步进式冷床,翻转式冷床,摇摆式冷床,辊式冷床,以及各种冷床的特点[1]。第二步首先介绍冷床的组成,着重介绍升降链部分。第三步利用已知参数初步设计机械结构,进行力学分析,运动分析。对关键部件进行校核计算。第四步利用Auto Cad2010进行工程图的绘制,并检查图纸错误,分析错误原因,予以改正。
本课题的目的在于通过此次毕业设计,了解钢材生产线的各个环节,熟悉从钢铁冶炼到轧钢的生产过程。了解这些机械设备。加深对工厂生产的认识。

Abstract
The graduation project is the design, the main task is the design of the chain drive mechanism on the mechanical structure of the cooling bed, lifting chain, lifting bodies, all kinds of support. The topics include the following:
In a first step, a simple statement of the cooling bed status and development. Cooling bed, the quality of steel products as an important part of modern industrial production plays a vital role. Then introduced the cooling bed classification, including reciprocating multi-claw type cooling bed, chain cooling bed, walking beam cooling bed, flip the cooling bed, swing-type cooling bed, roller-type cooling bed, as well as a variety of cooling bed features. The second step first introduced to position of the cooling bed, focuses on lifting chain part. The third step is based on the known parameters, the design of mechanical structures, mechanical analysis, motion analysis. Check calculation of the ponents. The fourth step of the use of the Auto Cad2010 Engineering Drawing, and check drawings error, analyze the cause of the error to be rectified.
The purpose of this subject is graduated through this design, all aspects of steel production line, familiar from the iron and steel smelting to rolling production of these mechanical devices. Deepen their understanding of the factory.
