发泡石头纸的制备和性能探究
摘要: %、%%的AC发泡剂,经过高速冷混、熔融混合后,从挤出机挤出预发泡纸膜,再经过热压使纸膜发泡,、。本文通过扫描电镜对发泡石头纸表面结构和横截面结构进行了观察,发现石头纸表面有微孔结构,石头纸内部的微孔结构规整,其孔壁在发泡产生的气体压力下被拉伸,随着发泡剂量的增加这种拉伸现象越明显。发泡石头纸的探究结果表明,发泡石头纸的比重比普通未发泡石头纸减少了16%-30%,%时,发泡石头纸的物理性能增强,%%时,其物理性能有所下降。

The Research on The Foaming Synthetic Paper
Abstract :Adding the pellets of the Sythetic Paper with the AC blowing agent of %, % and %, after high-speed cooling mixing, melting and mixture, we can get the paper film from the pre-foaming extruder, and then after pressing the send Zhimo bubble and post-cold-cut we can get the foam Sythetic Paper which has the increase ratios in thickness are , and . We observe the surface and the structure of the cross-section of the foam Sythetic Paper by scanning electron microscopy in this paper, and we find that there are porous structures on the face of the foam Sythetic Paper. The porous structures within the foam Sythetic Paper is regular arranged and the pore walls of which is stretched under the pressure generated when it was foamed, Moreover,the more the blowing agent added, the more obvious the material is stretched. the Results show that the proportion of the foam Sythetic Paper is 16% to 30% lighter than the average Sythetic Paper that is not foamed. When the AC blowing agent addition is % , the physical performance of the foam Sythetic Paper is enhanced. However ,when the additions of the AC blowing agent are % and %, its physical properties will experience some decline.

引言:
随着全球低碳环保意识的不断增强,人们越来越多的致力于研究开发绿色环保材料,石头纸作为一种新型环保合成纸在国内外逐渐受到了重视和发展。石头纸的主要原料为大量石头粉、少量树脂以及一些助剂。再由这些主要原料经过混炼、改性、造粒、挤出、拉伸等工艺即可制成石头纸。石头纸具有的抗张强度大、耐折耐破性能好、撕裂强度高;耐水、耐油、耐化学品性能突出;不易老化、不怕虫蛀等优良的性能都决定了石头纸在包装材料领域拥有较为广阔的应用空间[1] 。
目前市场上已经投产并推广使用石头纸,其在新闻出版领域、文化用纸、地图、墙纸等方面得到了较好的应用,但是根据生产厂家的分析,目前石头纸的重量比普通植物纤维纸大30%—50%[2],这在很大程度上限制
