外商直接投资对安徽省产业结构影响实证分析.pdf

摘要
改革开放 30 余年,安徽省经济增长迅速,产业结构发生了巨大的变化,产业
结构不断调整,更好的适应了安徽省经济的发展。影响产业结构的调整有很多因素:
技术进步、消费结构、投资结构和进出口结构等等,其中作为国际产业转移注入的
外资在这一过程中也起到了重要作用,外商直接投资在这过程中直接或间接地影响
产业结构。改革开放之后安徽省即开始利用外资,但是直到 1992 年***同志的
南巡讲话,利用外资才有了迅猛的发展,利用外资从无到有。外商直接投资对安徽
省宏观经济的各个方面、各个环节都产生了重要作用,在一定程度上改变了长期存
在的重重工业、轻轻工业的产业结构格局,对安徽省产业结构调整起到了一定的推
动作用。目前,我国吸收外资面临的国内外环境正在发生深刻的变化,我国正在进
入一个产业调整和产业升级的新阶段,外商直接投资正在我国进行新的产业调整。
在国际国内新形势下,分析国际直接投资对安徽省产业结构的影响,将对促进
安徽的产业结构升级,优化产业结构调整有十分重要的意义。本文将以安徽省外商
直接投资与产业结构的影响为研究对象,分析安徽省直接利用外资的基本现状和安
徽省的产业结构现状,提出相应的意见和建议。
本文首先回顾了国内外关于外商直接投资与产业结构的相关文献,针对现阶段
安徽省利用外商直接投资的现状和安徽省产业结构现状,从外商直接投资的来源
地、行业分布、规模、投资形式、区域分布分析安徽省外商直接投资的现状;同时
对安徽省产业结构的发展历程、发展现状分产业进行研究分析。在对安徽自身的分
析后,通过对长三角地区的两省一市进行对比分析,横向对比后发现不足和优势,
提出合理性的建议。在以上研究的基础上着重对安徽省外商直接投资与产业结构通
过分布滞后模型检验和因果假设检验等进行实证分析。

Abstract 
Since more than 30 years of reforming and opening, the economy of Anhui province has grown 
fast, the industrial structure has undergone tremendous changes, the adjustment of industrial structure 
has  been  better  adapt  to  the  development  of  economy.  There  are  many  factors  that  affect  the 
adjustment  of  industrial  structure,  such  as  technological  progress,  consumption  structure,  the 
investment structure and import and export structure, etc. Foreign capital has played an important role 
in the process of international industrial transfer. The readjustment of industrial structure is a lot of 
comprehensive factors influence the results under in this process, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) has 
affected industrial structure  directly  or indirectly.  After the reforming and  opening, Anhui stared to 
make use of the foreign capital, after the Nanxun speech of Xiaoping Deng, the development of the 
utilization of foreign capital increased fast. And foreign direct investment play an important role on all
