【摘要】目的探讨胫腓骨下段粉碎骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法 2002年1月~2006年12月,我院采用Orthofix外固定支架治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎骨折28例,其中开放骨折11例,闭合骨折17例。胫骨下段骨折采用小切口直视下复位,有限内固定或闭合复位,超关节外固定支架固定。腓骨下段骨折切开复位钢板内固定。对其临床治疗结果进行总结分析。结果随诊6~18个月,平均12个月,骨折全部骨性愈合。~,,无深部感染。结论该手术具有出血少、创伤小、可早期进行关节功能练****等优点,尤其是对并发严重软组织损伤的开放骨折,是治疗胫腓骨下段骨折的较好方法。

[ABSTRACT] Objective To observe the effect of Orthofix external fixators on burst fracture of distal tibiofibula. Methods From January 2001 to December 2006, Orthofix external fixators were used to treat 28 patients minuted fracture of distal tibiofibula, of which, 11 cases were open fracture, and 17 were closed one. For tibia fractur, directviewing reduction through a small incision or closed reduction and external fixation were done; for fibular fracture, open reduction and plate internal fixation. Results During followup of (mean) 6-18 (12) months showed bone union within (mean) - () months. No deeppart infection was noted. Conclusion The ique applied in this study for tibiofibula fracture possesses the advantages of less bleeding, mild trauma, and early joint function exercises, especially for open fracture associated with severe soft tissue injury.
