【摘要】目的研究转录因子Twist蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌()中的表达及其通过对上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的作用在判断肿瘤的生物学行为方面的意义。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测了54 组织(20 例癌旁组织作为对照)中Twist的表达。结果 Twist蛋白阳性表达率(%)明显高于癌旁组织(15%),(P = );Twist在有外膜浸润的病例中阳性表达率明显高于无外膜浸润的病例;在有淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组;在TNM分期Ⅲ期中的阳性表达率明显高于在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期中的阳性表达率(P<);Twist蛋白表达与E-Cadherin存在明显负相关(r=-, P =);与VEGF存在明显正相关关系(r=, P = )。结论中过度表达,可能通过分别上调和下调VEGF、E-cadherin的表达,的浸润、转移过程中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Twist protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma () and the significance in determining the biological behaviors of the tumor by its function on E-cadherin (E-cad) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods Twist,E-cad and VEGF proteins expression were detected by SP immunohistochemistry method in 54 cases of (controlled with 20 cases of paraneoplastic tissue specimens).Results The positive rate of Twist protein was higher in (%) than that in paraneoplastic tissues (15%,P=).The expression of Twist protein in the groups of adventitia invasion,lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in the groups of non-adventitia invasion, non-lymph node metastasis and stageⅠ~Ⅱrespectively (P<).
