中国医药研发外包行业竞争优势研究

摘要: 高专业化要求的医药研发外包行业已经成为中国医药研发领域中的重要部分。如何提升中国
CRO 行业的竞争优势以促进医药产业的发展已经成为亟待解决的问题。针对中国 CRO 行业中的三种
不同业务类型,本文分别选择临床前、临床与一站式综合服务型的 CRO 企业典型案例,进行行业竞争优
势分析,并提出政策建议,以期为提高中国 CRO 行业竞争力和政府相关政策的制定提供参考和借鉴。

Study on petitive Advantage of Contract Research
Organizations in China

Abstract: The Contract anizations (CRO) characterized by high professional requirements have e an important
component in Chinese Medicine R&D area. How to strengthen petitive advantage of CRO in China to promote the
development of pharmaceutical industry has been an urgent issue. In this paper, three types of CRO service in China including the
preclinical CRO, the clinical CRO, and the one -stop CRO are investigated. This paper performs case studies, analyzes the
petitive advantage, and provides policy mendations and suggestions, which might offer reference for the
promotion of the petitiveness and the development of related policies in China.
