摘要:目的对乳腺癌术后立即辅助化疗的安全性进行探讨. 方法将32例行简化根治术的Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者随机分为2组,分别于术后第1日和第8日开始辅助化疗,观察其对术后切口愈合状况、化疗反应情况和血清IL-2,sIL-2R的影响. 结果两组切口愈合状况无明显差异,化疗后2组均有少数患者出现恶心、呕吐现象经对症处理后症状基本消失,白细胞水平下降不显著,术后2组IL-2和sIL-2R的变化趋势相同. 结论乳腺癌术后立即选择疗效好、副作用小的方案化疗,不影响切口愈合,不增加术后并发症,对患者的免疫功能影响不大,不会降低机体自身抗瘤能力,可提高乳腺癌的5a治愈率,减少术后复发率.
