大学城规划设计与建设研究.pdf

摘要

近几年来,我国一些城市和地区陆续建设了不同类型和规模的大学城。但是,
在这些大学城的规划设计和建设过程中出现了一些问题,包括:对大学城的认知
偏差,大学城的发展理论缺乏,大学城的规划设计方法不科学,大学城建设的管
理方法不合理等。基于对国内外大学城规划设计和建设情况的调查分析,本论文
提出了一些解决以上问题的方法,希望能够用于指导调整我国现阶段大学城规划
建设中出现的问题,同时为未来的大学城建设提供可借鉴的经验。
论文的在第一章介绍了国内外相关的研究现状,研究的主要内容和意义,研
究的方法路线以及研究框架。
第二章,主要研究国内外大学城建设的理论和实践。内容包括大学城规划建
设的理论背景,对国内外大学城案例的分析,大学城发展建设的动力因素。
第三章,对重庆大学城规划建设作具体的案例分析。从重庆大学城规划建设
的背景、具体的规划设计以及建设问题跟踪调查等方面进行了研究。
第四章,对大学城建设的合理规模、文化传承以及新城活力的营造等几个影
响大学城规划建设的重要因素进行研究。
最后,综合以上研究,力求从区域规划的指导下建设大学城,优化城市区域
的空间结构等方面探索出一条大学城规划建设的良性发展之路。

ABSTRACT

Recently, university cities of various types and scales have been constructed in
some cities or areas home. However, problems emerged in processes of designs and
construction, which ranged from prehension towards University City to the
weak ground for such construction, from little scientific programming to irrational
management of construction. On the basis of reports and analysis on realities of
university cities’ constructions home, and in hopes of being used for guidance and
advice to solve these problems mentioned above, this dissertation would be contributed
to provide some resolutions and experiences for future constructions of university cities.
Chapter One would be an introduction to latest researches home and abroad.
Content, methods and utilities would be all included.
Chapter Two would be devoted to studies on theories and experiments of
constructions of university cities home and abroad. These studies are consisted of
background of theories’ development, analysis of practices and the patterns of
developments.
Chapter Three would be concerned with very detailed analysis of the construction
of University City in Chongqing from perspectives of its background, programming,
constructing process and its problems.
