【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effects of acute Guillain-Barre syndrome treated with double filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP). METHOD Six cases of acute Guillain-Barre syndrome were treated with DFPP. The change of neurological functions was observed before and after the treatment. The immunoglobulin plement in blood were measured before and after therapy and in the discarded plasma. RESULTS: Two cases of the 6 were fully recovered and three cases were improved. Both immunoglobulin plement in blood greatly decreased and both immunoglobulin plement in discarded plasma were higher than those in blood. CONCLUSION: DFPP is effective in treating acute severe Guillain-Barre syndrome probably by lowering immunoglobulin plement in blood.

【摘要】目的: 观察双重血浆置换(double filtration plasmapheres
is, DFPP)对吉兰巴雷综合征(GuillainBarre syndrome, GBS)的治疗效果. 方法: 6例吉兰巴雷综合征患者进行双重血浆置换治疗,治疗前后观察神经功能改善状况,检测置换前后血液免疫系列补体系列及置换后弃浆液的免疫系列补体系列. 结果: 2例痊愈,3例好转,患者血液中的补体及免疫球蛋白治疗后均明显下降,弃浆液补体及免疫球蛋白明显高于血液. 结论: 双重血浆置换是治疗重症吉兰巴雷综合征较为有效的方法,可能与降低血液中免疫球蛋白及补体有关.

吉兰巴雷综合征(GuillainBarre Syndrome, GBS)是细胞/体液免疫介导的周围神经病,其主要病理改变为周围神经中单核细胞浸润和广泛的节段性脱髓鞘[1],病情发展迅速,死亡率较高,是神经内科常见的危重疾病. 我们报告6例GBS应用双重血浆置换(double filtration plasmaphelesis, DFPP)治疗的结
