【摘要】目的研究牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术的疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规根管治疗术,即开髓、拔髓、根管预备、根管消毒、根管充填及窝洞充填,分3次完成。治疗组采用牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术,即在常规根管治疗术步骤中,省去根管消毒,在根管充填前导入塑化液,一次完成各步骤。结果治疗2年后的疗效,对照组与治疗组比较差异有显著性:%、%,且χ2=,P<;%、%,且χ2=,P<。结论牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术,疗效好,痛苦小,疗程短,值得临床上推广应用。
