【摘要】目的探讨经皮选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效相关因素。方法应用Sedinger技术,对26例子宫肌瘤患者超选双侧子宫动脉造影,经导管注入聚乙烯醇颗粒(PVA)栓塞阻断肌瘤血供。结果 26例患者血管造影显示子宫动脉明显增粗迂曲,分支增多,双侧子宫动脉供,血供丰富,对比剂滞留染色;栓塞双侧子宫动脉后,完全阻断肌瘤血供,3~17月随访结果表明,月经量恢复,经期缩短,疼痛缓解,超声显示肌瘤明显缩小。结论经皮子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤创伤小,疗效可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of selective embolization of uterine arteries(UAE)in the patients with uterine The seldinger’s method was performed in 26 patients with symptomatic uterine leiomyoma and bilateral uterine arteriography was PVA particles were introduced through catheter to occlude the blood supply of The uterine arteriography showed that most uterine leiomyoma were supplied by bilateral uterine arteries,when both uterine arteries were embolized,the blood supply of uterine leiomyoma could be occluded entirely,with a result of 3~17 months’ followup after embolization,the pain relieved,the menorrhagia and menstrual cycles returned normal,the uterine leiomyomata decreased in Uterine arterial embolization is a simple,safe and very effective way to treat symptomatic uterine leiomyomata with less trauma.
