环戊二烯选择加氢制备环戊烯的研究
摘要
环戊烯是一种重要的精细化工产品中间体,可用以制取环戊醇、环戊酮、卤代环戊烷
等高附加值医药产品,此外还可制取戊二醛、戊二酸等产品,因而在制药工业、合成橡胶
以及有机合成等领域有着广泛的应用。本文以双环戊二烯高温解聚生成的环戊二烯为反应
原料,于装有镍基催化剂的固定床反应器中进行选择加氢反应,考察了 Ni/MgO-Al2O3 催
化剂的制备条件及反应的工艺条件对环戊二烯选择催化加氢的影响。
首先,采用液相解聚方式对初始原料双环戊二烯进行解聚。结果表明,液相解聚时,
塔顶收集的 36℃~43℃馏分中环戊二烯的含量在 97%以上,二聚体含量很少,适宜进行选
择加氢反应。
分别采用等体积浸渍法制备了 MgO/Al2O3 复合载体及 Ni/MgO-Al2O3 催化剂,对复合载
体中 MgO 的含量、复合载体的焙烧温度、催化剂中 NiO 负载量、催化剂焙烧温度和时间
以及基载体是否碱洗等条件进行了考察,确定了适宜的复合载体制备条件为:MgO:γ-Al2O3
质量比为 ,焙烧温度为 700℃;催化剂制备条件为:NiO 负载量为 15%,焙烧温度及
时间分别为 450℃、3h,基载体碱洗处理。按这一条件制备的催化剂活性较好,环戊烯收
率也较高。
最后考察各反应条件对选择加氢反应的影响。研究表明,常压固定床反应器中装入上
述适宜制备条件下的催化剂,当还原温度为 500℃,反应温度为 120℃,氢烃比为 ,液
空速为 -1 时,环戊二烯转化率为 %,环戊烯选择性为 %。

ABSTRACT
Cyclopentene is an important fine chemical intermediate products, which can be used to
prepare high value-added pharmaceutical products such as cyclopentanol, cyclopentanone and
halogenated cyclopentane, also including glutaraldehyde and glutaric acid, thus cyclopentene has
been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, organic synthesis and synthetic rubber and
other fields. In this paper, Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalyst preparation conditions and impact of reaction
processing conditions on the selective catalytic hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene is investigated.
Cyclopentadiene is prepared from depolymerization under high temperature of
dicyclopentadiene, which is used as reaction materials in a fixed-bed reactor for selectivity
hydrogenation.
