确定标准,运用灰色关联度分析法,构建了城镇住宅建筑节能评价指标体系的简化节能评价指标,进而基于人工神经网络方法,构建了城镇住宅
建筑节能的综合评价模型,不仅有利于掌握既有城镇住宅建筑的节能效果,而且更有助于指导新建住宅建筑节能工作的开展。
