A Design of Plant Layout of a Factory

Abstract: An air controller production factory is taken as the research object and plant area is take n as the
research object and the SLP (system layout planning) method is used for analysis of the operating units’ rela-
tionship between logistics and non-logistics, comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the operating
units to design a plant layout. The purpose of this design is to find the minimum program for arrangement of
traffic under the premise of process requirements, at the same time it can make full use of the land area. This
research is a typical application of the logistics facilities planning theory and it’s useful for the application of
the facilities planning theory.

摘要:本文以某空调控制器生产厂区为研究对象,借鉴使用系统布置设计(SLP)方法,通过作业单
位物流和非物流相互关系分析、作业单位综合相互关系分析,设计厂区的平面布局。目的是在满足工
艺要求前提下,寻求最小运输量的布置方案,还要求能充分利用土地面积。属于典型的物流设施规划
理论在实际中的应用,对于设施规划方面的实践工作具有借鉴意义。
