摘要
在当今我国人口剧增与土地资源不可再生的背景下,出现了高层住宅的建设量占所
有住宅建设总量的比重越来越大的趋势,而且这种趋势在大城市变现的尤为明显。相比
低、多层住区交往空间,高层住区交往空间具有一定的独特性,因而针对高层住区交往
空间设计应当有别于低、多层住区交往空间的设计模式。此外高层住区人口密度大、活
动空间狭小、容积率偏高等一系列问题导致了高层住区内居民的行为模式相比低、多层
住区来说也具有一定的差异性,从而对于高层住区的交往空间设计提出了新的要求。
本文通过对国内典型案例进行实地调查,总结出现状高层住区交往空间存在的问题。
以行为模式对交往空间设计的影响作为设计主旨,结合环境心理学理论、空间场所设计
理论及人性化设计理论,尝试总结研究能够满足高层住区行为模式的高层住区交往空间
设计方法,从而为我国高层住区交往空间的建设与改造提供一定的参考。
论文主要包括以下五个方面内容:

归纳出高层住区交往空间存在的现状问题。
,主要分析了行为模式的类型,特性,
规律,同时对现状交往空间中行为模式进行分析总结。
,从空间构成要素、空间设施,空间微气候,空
间安全性、空间绿化等方面展开分析,提出高层住区中行为模式对交往空间的设计要求。
,结合高层住区交往空间的现状问
题及空间中的行为模式分析,提出了具体设计方法,以指导今后高层住区交往空间的改
造与建设。

Abstract
Nowadays the fact of China's expanding population and non-renewable land resources is
leading the high-rise residential buildings accounted for an increasing proportion of all the
residential construction buildings, moreover this kind of trend is particularly obvious in the
metropolis. Compared with the other residential building modes, munication space in the
high-rise residential buildings is quite small and humdrum, furthermore the High density of the
population, the narrow outdoor space, high volume fraction and other problems which caused the
new requirement of design for the high-rise residential buildings.
Based on the investigations of domestic typical cases, summarize the high-rise residential
buildings’ status and problems. Taking munication space as a design theme, combined
with environmental psychology theory, space design theory and humane workplace design
theory, try to conclude the new design strategy could make meet the healthy behavior pattern, so
as to provide some reference for the high-rise residential buildings’ construction
