大功率高频开关电源的设计与实现

摘要
根据目前开关电源的发展现状和发展方向,研究开发了一种12KW,20V-32V电压
可调的直流高频开关电源。在整个开关电源的研制过程中,采用了理论分析、仿真计
算和实际硬件实验相结合的研究方法。
本论文首先介绍了全桥DC-DC变换器的工作原理与控制方式,详细分析了有限双
极性全桥软开关拓扑结构的工作原理和模态。然后对开关电源的主电路单元、控制电
路单元、监控电路单元进行设计。控制电路单元以UC1825A为核心,采用电流控制模
式,电压环与电流环双环控制。同时讨论了控制电路中同步电路原理、电压环电流环
调节电路、均流电路、保护电路、驱动电路等。监控电路单元以AT89C52为核心,通
过对数据的采集、处理,不仅实现了对电源的控制,而且实现了在线调节、数据显示
以及与上位机的通讯功能。
通过分析实验采集的相关波形,验证了本电源开关管是零电压开通和零电流关断,
从而减少了损耗,提高了效率,验证了本电源在性能上满足设计要求,说明采用电压
环和电流环双环控制与有限双极性全桥ZVZCS技术相结合的开关电源的电路设计的
正确性。

Abstract
According to the current development of the switching power supply, the author
developed a 12KW DC high-frequency switching power supply, which output voltage can
be adjusted from 20V to 32V. During the development of the switching power supply, the
research method includes the theory analysis, the simulation and the practical experiments.
Firstly, this paper describes the working principle and the control mode of the
full-bridge DC-DC converter. This paper presents the detailed analysis of the soft Switching
full-bridge topology, the principle and mode. Then , the main circuit modules , control
circuit modules, and the monitoring circuit modules of the switching power supply are
designed . UC1825A is the core of the control circuit modules. It uses current control mode,
voltage and current control loop. This paper discussed synchronous circuit, voltage and
current regulating circuit, current sharing circuit, protection circuit, driving circuit of the
control circuit,control systems. By the data collected and disposed ,the supervise and
control unit realized not only the function of control ,but also the functions of the on-line
measure and modification , the display,munication,and so on. The intelligentization
is primary realized in the power supply.
On the basic of the supply being installed and adjusted, the voltage/curr
