摘要
我国高等教育的快速发展使教学质量愈来愈成为一所学校至关重要的核心要素,而教学质量的提高是建立在对高校教师教学质量进行科学、客观、公正的评价的基础上。教学质量评价和分析系统的开发,有效节省了高校人力资源,提升了高校教学管理水平,尤其是对实施高校科学管理起着相当重要的作用,它是高校教学信息化程度的重要里程碑。
本文设计教学质量评价方法是对教师教学质量进行评价,把收集到的信息根据模糊教学质量评价模型自动进行分析、处理和即时反馈。评价信息的收集运用科学的方法可以收集来自学生、同行教师、教学管理人员和学院领导等各个方面信息。最终目的让教学质量评价手段变得更为简便,评价结果更为客观、准确,评价信息的反馈更有助于提高授课质量并促进教师教学水平的发展。
通过研究分析,我们设计了基于 AHP 的模糊综合教学质量评价方法的系统。首先,对论文研究目的、意义及国内外研究进行了分析,对相关概念和相关技术进行了总结概括;重点概述了教学质量评价模型的定制的实现细节;最后对论文进行了总结,并对该系统的应用研究进行了展望。

Abstrac
The rapid development of higher education teaching quality es more and more schools to e a vital core elements, and the improvement of teaching quality is based on theteaching quality of teachers in colleges and universities for scientific, objective and fair evaluation on the basis of. Teaching quality evaluation and analysis system development, effectively save the human resources of colleges and universities, enhance the level of the teaching management in colleges and universities, especially for the implementation of scientific management of colleges and universities plays a very important role, it is an important milestone in the college teaching informationization level.
This paper design the teaching quality evaluation method to evaluate teacher's teaching quality, the information collected according to the fuzzy evaluation model of teaching quality automatic analysis, processing and instant feedback. The method that USES science evaluation information collection can be collected from students, fellow teachers, teaching management and school leadership aspects such as information. Ultimate goal to make teaching quality evaluation method is more simple, the evaluation results more objective and accurate, and evaluation of information feedback helps to improve the teaching quality and promote the development of teachers' teaching level.
