医务人员手卫生依从性现状调查与对策【摘 要】目的:调查医护人员手卫生依从性,分析影响手卫生依从性的原因。方法:采用隐蔽式现场观察的方法,?{查外科 200 名不同病区医护人员接触病人前后、无菌操作前后、接触病人血液、体液后、脱手套后手卫生执行率。结果:该科室医护人员手卫生执行率为 %,接触病人前、后分别是 %、%,无菌操作前执行率为 %,无菌操作后执行率为 %,接触病人血液、%,脱手套后为 %。结论:该科室医护人员手卫生执行率有待改善,要定期加强调查分析,加强手卫生相关知识的学****总结经验,制定出相应的干预措施,降低医院感染率,减轻患者痛苦和经济损失。【关键词】医护人员;手卫生执行率;干预措施【中图分类号】R168 【文献标志码】A 【文章编号】1005-0019(2018)05-277-01 Abstract Objective:To investigate pliance of handhygiene of medical staff and analyze the reasons for pliance of hand hygiene. Methods: using the method ofcovert observation, before and after surgery, 200 patients indifferent wards of medical staff before and after contact,contact the aseptic operation of blood and body fluids,patients after removing gloves hand hygiene rates. Results: theimplementation rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in theDepartment was 59%, % and 64% before and aftercontacting patients, 48% before aseptic operation, 75%after aseptic operation, 80% after contacting blood and bodyfluids, % after gloves. Conclusion: theimplementation rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in thisdepartment needs to be improved. We should regularlystrengthen the investigation and analysis, strengthen thelearning of hand hygiene knowledge, summarize theexperience, and formulate corresponding interventions toreduce the hospital infection rate and reduce the pain andeconomic loss of
