摘要
中国改革开放30多年以来,取得了举世嘱目的成绩,中国经济得到跨跃式发展,人民生活水平得到极大的提高,然而,我们在看到成就的同时,也不能忽略我们自身存在的问题,我国经济的快速增长主要得益于我国的外贸和投资,其中,我国的出口对经济的贡献颇为突出,从我国的出口额度看,我国现在已是世界最大的出口国,但令人担忧的是,我国的出口结构极不合理,其中高碳产品占了很大比例,这类产品之所以在国际上有竞争优势,主要是因为我国廉价的劳动力和资源,以及较低的环境成本,随着其他发展中国家的崛起,我国在这些产品上的优势越来越不明显。
如今,碳关税已经成为一个热点问题,也成为部分发达国家最愿意提的话题,更成为一种趋势和潮流,显然,由于我国高碳产品在我国出口份额中占了相当大的比例,碳关税的征收会对我国高碳产品的出口产生巨大的影响,本文将会分为四个部分具体阐述碳关税对我国高碳产品的出口的影响,其中,第一部分主要阐述了碳关税的定义、由来以及现状,论证了碳关税的征收已经成为一种必然的趋势,要及时应对;第二部分阐述了我国高碳产业出口的现状,转型和发展低碳技术成了它们在碳关税背景下的出路;第三部分,利用数据详细的分析了碳关税的征收对我国高碳产品出口可能造成的影响;第四部分,根据前面的分析从四个方面提出了应对的策略。

ABSTRACT
since China's reform and opening up for 30 years,China has achieved economic leap development and people's living standards are greatly , when we see the achievements, we also can not ignore the problems that China's rapid economic growth was mainly due to China's foreign trade and China's export contribute to the economy China is the world's largest exporter ,but China's export structure is very unreasonable, that high-carbon products accounted for a large reasons why these products have petitive advantage in the munity are mainly China's cheap labor and resources, and lower environmental the rise of other developing countries, China's advantages are disincreasing in these products.
Today, carbon tariffs has e a hot topic that some developed countries are willing to mention and has e a trend and fashion. Apparently,because our high-carbon products accounted for a large proportion in China's share of exports ,so carbon tariffs would have an enormous paper will be divided into four sections to elaborate the impact of carbon tariffs on exports of high-carbon products in China.
