摘要:外泌体是细胞分泌的一种纳米级囊泡结构。作为一类重要的细胞间通信分子,可通过多种方式发挥
,可以在人体中发挥调节作用。目前在多种类型
的细胞中都发现了外泌体的存在,而肿瘤细胞来源的外泌体因其具有的独特成分可通过影响微环境,激发
相关信号通路等方式参与肿瘤的恶性进展,使肿瘤在治疗过程中产生化疗抵抗。同时,肿瘤细胞来源的外
泌体中含有的蛋白质,脂质,RNA 等成分不仅可用于疾病的临床诊断,也可为肿瘤的个体化治疗提供新的
思路。
