航空发动机工装快速设计系统信息管理研究 II Abstract The aircraft engine tooling design cycle and manufacturing quality largely determines the quality of products - the engine design cycle and manufacturing quality. During the aircraft tooling design and manufacturing period, designers often need refer to the manual of design and manufacture, specification and other documents, if the design documents and related information including design specification, engineers design experience, design criteria and so on can be summarized and stored in the database system to facilitate the tooling designers to view and learn. This is very important to improve the efficiency of the tooling design, to shorten the tooling design and manufacturing cycle, to enhance pany petitiveness on the market, and to pany as a leading position in the industry. The main work is summarized as follows: 1. According to the needs of tooling design system, the information models including model of typical ponents and templates, thumbnails, JT, technical documentation, design plan, etc. are researched in this paper. The technologies of information models’ classification, acquisition, and search are discussed. Based on Oracle 9i to determine the method of storing information models, and an algorithm to access some of the large binary object from the database is presented. 2. The structure of the system and its security are researched, through using strict user rights to ensure the safety of the system. Combined with the assembly tree traversal algorithm information models’ clone is researched, and clone model based on the log file is proposed. 3. The information management of tooling rapid design for aircraft engines is developed, which is based work and client/server model. The information management included tooling knowledge management, search, delete, modification, user management and other modules. The system will be used to
