中文摘要
目的:
随着信息技术应用迅速普及,医院信息化越来越受到人们的重视。然而,信息化
面临着信息观念不断发展、信息技术日益更新、新的经营管理理念及外部环境变化等
带来的种种影响,如何建立数字化医院,以及建设过程中应该注意哪些问题,成为医
院信息化成功建设的关键所在。本文从医院信息化的内涵及发展现状出发,从“信息
—技术—管理”三种维度对医院信息化建设进行系统性分析,提出医院信息化建设应
关注的重点。
方法与结论:
本研究综合运用文献资料、现场调查、系统理论、案例分析等多种方法,并创造性
地应用信息化的“三维”理论来分析研究对象。
“信息—技术—管理”三种角度系统性分析医院信息化建设:
(1)信息层面,医院信息化应关注信息活动和信息标准化;(2)技术层面,医
院信息化应关注系统需求、开发策略、数据库、网络结构、应用系统和安全体系等内
容;(3)管理层面,医院信息化的重点是信息化规划与咨询、管理变革、资金投入、
人力资源管理和信息化管理体制。

Abstract
Objective:
As the application of information develops rapidly, hospital informationization
es paid more and more attention by hospitals. However, because of hospital
informationization facing information idea developing constantly, information technology
day by day newer, new management and administration idea and external environment
condition changing etc. How to set up the digitized hospital, and which courses should be
paid attention to during the constructions of digitized hospital. These e the key
esses to hospital informationization. The focal point of this article is to summarize the
key courses in hospital informationization construction, making a systemic analysis to
hospital informationization construction from three kinds of angles of “information -
technology - management ", with beginning from the intension and current situation of the
hospital informationization.
