早期乙醇溶液湿敷对百白破疫苗接种所致局部红肿硬结的影响     【摘要】  目的 探讨早期乙醇溶液湿敷对婴幼儿接种百白破疫苗所致局部红肿硬结的影响。方法 将96例接种百白破疫苗的婴幼儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各48例,两组间性别差异和年龄差异无统计学意义(P>),对照组疫苗接种后不做特殊处理,观察组在接种百白破疫苗后分别于接种后4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h,对接种部位用75%乙醇溶液纱布湿敷,观察并记录两组接种疫苗后局部红肿硬结的发生情况并进行比较分析。结果 观察组局部红肿硬结发生例数、强度均低于对照组,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<)。结论 早期乙醇溶液湿敷能有效减少百白破疫苗接种所致局部红肿硬结的发生,减轻反应强度()。 Whatyouthisusedto,ageremembers. 【关键词】  百白破;接种;红肿硬结;乙醇溶液湿敷Moneyisabottomlesssea,inwhichhonour,conscience,andtruthmaybedrowned.     [Abstract]  Objective  To explore the early effect of alcohol wetpacking on local swelling and induration caused by diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus(DPT)   96 cases of pediatrics inated with DTP ine in infants and young children were randomly divided into two groups,namely,48 cases in observation group who were wetpacked with alcohol at 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h 36 h and 48 h after ination,48 cases in the control group were not  cases were observed and recorded at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h after the ination of   There were significantly different in the occurrence and the severity of redness and induration of the cases between two groups(P<).Conclusion  Early alcohol wetpacking can   effectively decrease the occurrence and the severity of redness and induration.    [Key words]  DTP;inoculation;local swelling and induration;alcohol wetpacking    百白破疫苗是预防传染病百日咳、白喉、破伤风的混合性疫苗,内含氢氧化铝吸附佐剂,婴儿出生满3个月后每月注射一次,
