聚碳酸酯/聚芳醚***合金的制备与性能研究

摘要:将聚芳醚***(PEN) 与聚碳酸酯(PC)按不同比率通过熔融共混制备一系列合金材料,
并用差示扫描量热(DSC),热失重分析(TG)等手段研究其不同比例合金的热性能,力学性能
和阻燃性能。结果表明,PC/PEN 合金有着较高的热稳定性和力学性能,随着聚芳醚***含量
的增加,合金的拉伸强度为 59~70MPa,弯曲强度为 86~115MPa,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)在
150~175℃变化,5%热失重温度为 425~525℃。同时还发现随着聚芳醚***的加入氧指数增加,
提高了合金的阻燃性。

Abstract: A series of melt blends of Polycarbonate(PC) and Poly(arylene ether nitriles)(PEN)
were prepared via melt mixing, and they were studied by DSC, TG and other means on their flame
resistance, thermal and mechanical properties . The results showed that melt blends had high
thermal stability and mechanical properties, with the increasing of PEN content, tensile strength
were in the range of 57~70MPa,flexural strength were between 84 and 115MPa, the glass
transition temperatures were in the range of 150~175℃, and the temperatures for 5% weight loss
were found between 425 and 525℃in nitrogen atmosphere . It al
