不连续斜肋强化传热管的数值模拟#

摘要:本文对管壳式换热器中使用的换热管进行研究,试图通过减小流体的流动阻力,提高
换热器的综合换热性能。首先按照已有文献提出的不连续双向斜肋的设计方法,设计了壁面
上带有双斜肋的换热管模型,然后,从三个方面改进设计,以尽可能减少流动阻力,提高综
合换热性能:一是将斜肋沿圆周的布置方式由交叉排列改为平行顺排;二是将斜肋沿流动方
向的排列方式由顺排改为叉排;三是将斜肋向管壁面内倾斜凹入的方式由两端均深改为逐渐
深入,设计了多种管壁面凹入圆柱形斜肋的强化传热管模型。以水为工质,对层流状态进行
了数值模拟,并将考虑减阻前后的模型的数值结果进行了对比,表明:斜肋沿流向的凹入方
式采用逐渐加深的方式,能有效减少流动阻力,提高综合换热效果。

Abstract: In this paper, a research on the heat transfer tube which was used widely in shell and
tube heat exchanger was performed. Try to reduce the fluid flow resistance to improve the heat
transfer performance. According to Discrete Double-Inclined Ribs Tube (DDIR), which has been
mentioned in the existing literature, heat transfer tube with Cross inclined rib was designed. Then,
in order to minimize the flow resistance, improve the overall heat transfer performance, the model
design method was improved from three aspects. 1, inclined ribs arrangement circumferentially
