摘要:***是我国电网投资和经营的主体,在我国国民经济和国家能源安全中起着
不可忽视的作用。而省级电网公司下属设有多个子公司,如何根据子公司的运营现状与发展
要求确定各子公司的项目投资策略有助于电网企业的全面健康发展,对国家电网企业的未来
发展具有重要的现实意义。本文就是根据电网运营指标,建立项目投资决策的多目标模型,
通过对下属公司的运营情况进行分析,采用变权理论确定各个指标的权重,进而将多目标函
数转化为一个目标的函数,求出电网企业的最优项目投资组合。该模型对于企业根据自身情
况确定项目投资策略具有科学的指导意义。
