摘要
在当前竞争激烈的社会环境下,各个职业中都存在着各种各样的竞争,高中教师也
不例外,高中教师的竞争方式是在外显方面在对有关文献研究的基础上,本研究以中国
本土文化为背景,以河南省高中教师为被试,利用内隐联想测验(IAT),陈国鹏修订的
《竞争态度量表》以及俞国良等人编制的《教师心理健康评价量表》进行对比研究。采
用t检验和方差分析统计方法进行比较和分析,对高中教师外显竞争态度、内隐竞争态
度和心理健康水平三者之间的关系进行了研究。得出的主要结论有:
(1)不同性别、不同年龄组、不同教龄组的高中教师在良性竞争态度和过度竞争态度
上均不存在显著差异。
(2)相对于竞争,高中教师的内隐态度更倾向于合作。
(3)不同性别、不同年龄组、不同教龄组的高中教师在内隐竞争态度水平上均不存在
显著差异。
(4)高中教师的外显竞争态度与内隐竞争态度相关性很低,且不显著,说明他们的内
隐竞争态度与外显竞争态度是相互独立的两种不同的心理结构,具有不同的心理加工机
制。
(5)高中教师的竞争态度是影响其心理健康的一个重要因素。

Abstract
On the basis of relevant literature studies, this study Chinese native culture as a background,
based on a sample of HeNan province, a high school teacher, using document analysis, questionnaire and
experimental measurements made, and by using the t-test and variance analysis statistical methods
compared and analyzed. The research also to high school teacher petitive attitude, implicit
competitive attitude and mental health level and their relationship was studied. This research concludes the
main conclusions are:
(1)Different sexes, different age groups and different school age group of a high school teacher in benign
competition attitude and petition attitude doesn't exist significant differences.
(2)Relative to petition, high school teacher's implicit attitude more inclined to cooperation,
(3)Different sexes, different age groups and different teaching age group of a high school teacher,whose
implicit attitude petition are not significant difference exists
(4)High school teacher's petitive attitude and implicit attitude correlation is very low,
competition and was not significant, that petitive attitude and implicit attitude petition
were independent of each other two different psychological structure, it has different psychological
processing mechanism.
