技术应用94地理信息世界GEOMATICS 【摘要】介绍了基础地理信息在全国第一次水利普查工作中发挥的作用。通过对基于地理信息的多行业数据处理、整合,综合利用遥感、GIS、地图制图等技术,设计编制了水利普查工作底图,改变了传统水利普查的工作模式,形成了水利普查“内业分析为主,外业核查为辅”的高效模式,为提高普查效率和保证数据质量奠定了坚实基础。【关键词】水利普查;地理信息;制图;1:5万地理数据Abstract: The paper introduces the important role of the fundamental geographic information played in the First National Water Census. With the application of remote sensing, GIS and modern cartography technology, the basic maps for water census are designed plied, which have created a new work model. The efficient model forms the way of indoor analysis and outdoor supplement. The basic maps increase the census efficiency and guarantee the quality dramatically.
