摘要
TD-SCDMA 是中国提出的拥有自主知识产权的第三代移动通讯技术标准,在我
国通信发展史上具有重要意义和深远影响,同时已引起世界通信界的广泛关注。
TD-SCDMA 无线网络在中国具备广阔的市场和发展空间,并且已处在大规模的开发
建设之中,然而通信的质量对于 TD-SCDMA 无线网络的发展至关重要。现阶段,移
动通信网络运营商迫切需要性能优越的无线网络监测设备对 TD-SCDMA 的网络状
况进行实时测试和不断优化,以保证 TD-SCDMA 无线网络持续、稳定的推广发展。
因此,如何设计和开发高效、便捷的 TD-SCDMA 无线网络监测系统是 TD-SCMDA
技术发展过程中面临的一个新课题。
以 TD-SCDMA 无线网络监测系统为研究对象,在对比分析了当前各种
TD-SCDMA 无线网络监测系统的现状和弊端的基础上,综合考虑系统需求和性能指
标,提出了基于 TD-SCDMA 的嵌入式无线网络监测系统。文中对整个系统的构成、
嵌入式监测终端的硬件平台设计以及软件系统设计进行了深入的论述,其中嵌入式
监测终端的硬件平台采用 ARM 开发板外接 LC6311 无线通信模块开发套件的方案,
软件平台使用 Windows CE 嵌入式操作系统,并采用模块化的设计方式对软件系统进
行分析设计。
所提出的基于 TD-SCDMA 的嵌入式无线网络监测系统方案,将嵌入式系统运用
于无线网络监测,将嵌入式技术与无线网络技术有机结合,使系统具备实时自动监
测、监测结果主动上报、支持全业务测试、操作方便、体积小巧和性价比高等特性。
通过在实际工程测试中的运用和验证,该系统对 TD-SCDMA 无线网络通信指标的测
试和网络的评估、优化可以到达非常理想的效果。

Abstract
TD-SCDMA is China's independent intellectual property rights of third-generation
munication technology standards, which is far-reaching impact in the history
of the development munication and has been attracted wide attention by the world's
communications industry. TD-SCDMA work in China has vast market and
development space, while the quality munications is very important .At present, the
work operators urgently needs the superior performance of
work monitoring equipment work status real-time testing and
continuous optimization, to ensure work sustained, stable development.
Therefore, it’s facing a new topic for how to design and develop efficient, convenient
TD-SCDMA work monitoring system.
This thesis regards TD-SCDMA work monitoring system as the research
object. And embedded work monitoring system based on TD-SCDMA is
proposed in contrast to the analysis of the current variety of TD-SCDMA work
