经济学专业毕业论文--苏州发展低碳经济的路径探讨.doc

摘要
全球变暖的严峻现实带来了人们对低碳经济的重视,而城市作为一个复杂生态系统面临的低碳减排任务更加迫切。苏州人口密集、城市化水平高、经济社会相对发达,探讨在这样的大城市发展低碳经济的重点方向和基本路径具有现实的意义。本文首先对低碳经济的概念及苏州高碳生活,资源浪费的现状做了扼要的叙述。然后结合西方主要发达国家美国、日本及西欧等发展低碳经济的经验。以及苏州的具体情况,着重从科学技术、法律法规体系和政府政策措施等三个角度进行了比较,提出了苏州发展低碳经济技术方面的落后,法律体系不完善,政策措施,居民低碳理念存在的缺失。最后,借鉴发达国家发展低碳经济经验,提出了对苏州发展低碳经济的几点启示。

ABSTRACT
The grim reality of global warming has brought people to the importance of low-carbon economy, while the city is facing as plex ecosystem of low-carbon emission reduction task more urgent. Suzhou population density, high level of urbanization, relatively developed economy and society to explore the development of big cities in this direction of low-carbon economy and the basic path of the focus of practical significance Firstly, the concept of low-carbon economy and Suzhou high-carbon life, the status of the waste of resources to do a brief narrative. bined with the major developed countries in Western United States, Japan and Western Europe the experience of a low carbon economy. And the specific situation of Suzhou, with emphasis from science and technology, laws and regulations and government policies and measures pare the three angles, made the development of low-carbon economy in Suzhou, backward technology, the legal system is imperfect, there is lack of policy measures.
