摘要 信息技术的飞速发展,推进了各个领域迈进电子化的进程。作为国家机关以及企事业单位的重要组成部分,办公自动化已经越来越受到各方的重视,在此方面的投入也是越来越大。而当前计算机网络安全的提高、计算机软件开发技术的逐渐成熟,都为办公自动化的发展创造了良好的条件,展现了美好的前景。 本文以作者工作单位办公自动化系统的实际需求为背景,利用软件工程思想, 设计并开发完成了基于J2EE的办公自动化系统。设计开发工作包括业务需求分析、系统框架设计、功能模块开发等部分。论文的主要内容如下: (1)通过对办公自动化的全面阐述,分析了目前办公自动化发展的现状和不足,为自己的开发工作划定了问题域范围; (2)利用UML建立了系统功能模型及相关数据模型; (3)分析并研究了工作流管理在办公自动化中的应用,根据分析建立相应的工作流模型; (4)设计了具体的业务流程并对系统功能模块进行分解设计,按照数据库设计原则,进行数据库结构规划,并利用Hibernate技术实现数据库关系的映射; 本次开发的办公自动化系统融合了当前流行的管理思想,即对工作流、信息流和文档管理的规范管理和重复利用,为本单位提供了一个先进、高效的信息化工作平台。对管理层而言降低管理成本,提高管理力度;对员工而言,降低工作时间,提高工作效率。通过系统的实施,整合了本单位内部各部门资源,加快了信息流通、规范了办公流程、提高了办事效率。 关键词: J2EE, UML, 办公自动化, MVC ABSTRACT The rapid development of information tec hnology, advanced in va rious fields into the electronic process. ans and en terprises as an integral part of office automation has ing under increasing attention, in this regard is also a growing investment.
