静电悬浮微陀螺多路同步DDS信号发生器设计
摘要:信号发生器是静电悬浮微陀螺系统的重要组成部分,通常采用差动电容调制解调检测方法来得到转子的微位移,而转子微位移信号的幅值解调需要稳定的多路同步信号。采用ARM7 LPC2148为控制器和多片DDS芯片AD9850在硬件和软件上实现多路同步DDS信号发生器,并分别采用并行和串行2种方式加载芯片控制字,均可生成多路频率相位可调的信号发生器,具有频率稳定性好,频率准确度高及频率分辨率高,相位差精准的特点。关键词:信号发生器; DDS; 同步; 并行加载; 串行加载

Abstract: The signal generator is an essential part of the electrostatically suspended micro-gyroscope system. Differential capacitance detection method is usually adopted to get the micro displacement of rotor, whose amplitude demodulation need stable multi-channel synchronous signals.
