江苏大学工程硕士学位论文摘要人才是实现企业自身战略目标的一个非常重要因素,人力资源已经成为企业最宝贵的竞争资源,人力资源管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分。随着企业经营环境的不断变化和企业规模的不断扩大,企业员工数量的逐渐增加,企业人力资源管理水平的提高己成当务之急,建立一套有效的人力资源信息管理系统不仅可以减少重复劳动,提高生产效率,同时也可以提高企业的经营管理水平和优化配置人力资源的能力。系统针对企业人力资源管理系统的实际需求,选用微软Windows平台下的 MyEclipse作为开发工具,采用当前较为流行的B/S结构,前端应用程序使用 JSP动态网页技术,后台采用J2EE平台上的Servlet技术,以MySQL作为数据库管理工具,设计和实现了一个简易的人力资源管理系统。论文的工作包括: (1)分析了人力资源管理系统的现状,使用UML建模技术对人力资源管理系统进行了功能性需求分析,给出了系统所要实现的基本功能; (2)对数据库进行了需求分析、概念设计和数据表的设计,给出了系统所涉及到的一些数据表; (3)确定了系统的设计原则和目标,对系统的各个功能模块进行详细的设计; (4)实现了一个简易的人力资源管理系统,包括员工信息管理、部门信息管理、考勤信息管理、加班信息管理、薪资信息管理、系统登录等功能,基本满足现代企业对人力资源管理的需要。关键词:JSP,servlet,MVC框架,B/S架构,人力资源人力资源管理系统的设计与实现 ABSTRACT Talent is avery important factor torealize theirstrategicobjectives,human resources e pany’S most petitiveresource,human resources management is an important part the changing business environment and thecontinuous expansion of thescaleof business,number ofemployees increasedgradually,raising thelevelofcorporate human resource management has e atoppriority,the establishment ofan effective human resources information management system not only can reduce duplication ofeffort,improve production itCanimprove enterprise management leveland theability tooptimize the allocation ofhuman resources.
