基于虚拟仪器的太阳能晶片组件测试平台设计
摘要:基于虚拟仪器的太能能电池组件系统测试的系统采用氙灯和过滤器为光伏设备提供了一个模拟的太阳光.,抛物面发射装置实现高均匀度得模拟太能光,从而避免了因稳态的温度对测试的影响。测试组件时环境温度要求在25摄氏度。利用虚拟仪器技术,利用NI公司的PCI-6221型多功能数据采集卡等设备,建立了太阳能电池性能测试平台,对太阳能电池性能参数进行测试。
论文在分析任务,技术指标及系统功能的基础上,设计了系统总体方案,并且从硬件和软件两个方面对系统整体的实现过程进行了详细的介绍。首先介绍了太阳能发电的原理以及数据采集卡的选择。选用NI公司的LabVIEW软件控制数据采集卡实现对太阳能电池电压、电流数据的采集、显示及存储等功能,并对所测数据进行分析处理。最终能对组件进行功率分档,测试组件是否符合要求。最后对自己所设计出来的界面进行调试,虽然没有真正的组件测试,但是可以利用LabVIEW中的函数信号发生器仿真电压、电流,然后利用拟和得到电压、电流的曲线。

Papers in analysis tasks, technical specifications and system functions based on the design of the overall system solution, and both hardware and software implementation of the system as a whole process was described in detail. First introduced the principle of solar power generation and data acquisition card choice. NI's LabVIEW software selection control data acquisition card on the solar cell voltage and current data acquisition, display and storage functions, and the measured data are analyzed. Ultimately the power of the sub-ponents, ponents meet the requirements. Finally, out of his own design debug interface, although not ponents of the test, but can use the LabVIEW Simulation of the function signal generator voltage, current, and then use to be and get the voltage and current curves.
