北京交通大学硕士学位论文北京某涂料高新技术企业发展战略研究姓名:张自强申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:顾元勋 201206 中文摘要改革开放30多年以来,中国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,经济总量超过日本,跃居世界第二。房地产及基础设施建设的规模逐年扩大,拉动了涂料产业的快速发展,但是我国涂料企业普遍存在生产规模较小,资源配置不合理,技术和管理创新程度较低等现象,严重束缚了企业的发展,很难形成自己的核心竞争力,在与国外品牌涂料企业竞争中处于明显的劣势地位。案例企业作为一家有着16年发展史的高新技术民营涂料企业,在发展过程中如何把握机遇,迎接挑战,需要对其进行系统的分析,明晰并制定企业的发展战略。本文通过研究得出,发展战略的制定及实施是形成及提高企业核心竞争力的关键,只有创新,企业才能持续发展。本文通过对案例企业外部发展环境的现状及变化趋势的分析,借助波特的五力模型,明确了企业面临的外部机会及威胁;通过内部环境的分析,明确了企业在经营管理及资源约束上存在一定优势的同时,发现了企业存在的内部问题。在整个内外部发展环境分析的过程中,突出了企业在各方面存在的优势和劣势,明晰了机会和挑战,在此基础上提出了企业发展的指导方针、愿景及目标。本文从技术、营销、人力资源三个方面制定企业的发展战略,突出了涂料高新技术企业的战略特色,目的是提高企业的核心竞争力。通过对战略实施与控制的研究,强调战略的执行性和可评价性,以保证己制定战略的有效执行及动态控制,从而适应不断变化的发展环境,最终目的是为实现企业的愿景保驾护航。文中含图5幅,表1个,参考文献40篇关键词:高新技术;涂料;发展战略分类号:; ABSTRACT China hasmade great achievement ineconomy development since the 30years’ reformandopening— aggregate exceeded thatofJapan and became thesecondlargest inthe constructionscalesof real estate andinfrastructure areincreasingyear-on-year,which havetriggeredrapiddevelopment inpaintindustry.
