摘要
本文首先介绍了PLC的工作原理及其软件的设计方法,分析了B2012A型龙门刨床的工作原理和控制系统的组成,进而利用PLC对龙门刨床进行控制系统的改造,并根据继电器控制电路的工作原理,进行程序设计,采用PLC对B2012A型龙门刨床工作台进行电气控制,确定了PLC的输入输出点数,并进行PLC型号选择,I/O地址分配及I/O接线。系统结构简单,运行平稳可靠,快速,灵活,提高了动、静态性能。从而完成用PLC实现对主拖动刨台,左右刀架,垂直刀架等三相电动机的变频起动、制动、调速、正反向控制以及过载断相保护。

Abstract
This thesis presents the control of the B2012A Gantry planner by PLC and designer methods of software .With the control of program, it could control contactor and frequency converter in order to realize plane platform to pull mainly, controlling the tool carrier, the frequency conversion of three-phase motors such as the vertical tool carrier and the left and right tool carrier ,etc. Applying the brake and transferring the speed are positive and negative to control and overload disconnected to protect PLC. It is used to change the traditional electric controller system of the B2012A Gantry planner .It is also used to adjust the speed of the determination of PLC I/O counts and the selection of PLC type. I/O performances are improved. The study includes the following parts: first of all, to be familiar with the process of equipment transform; secondly, to understand the frequency changer, the PLC structure and the working principle and selection; thirdly, plete the hardware system designer of the B2012A Gantry planner with PLC; finally, plete the designer of the ladder-graphics and debugging.
