Guangzhou Municipal Dunjian Underground Construction pany Ltd.,Guangzhou510030,China) Abstract:Based on a series ofbasalhypothesis on soft soil,a basic anti-consolidation equation of saturated soft ground is deduced under the condition of unloading,and the corresponding analytical solution under the condition of single-level constant-speed unloading is obtained. Then the mechanism of rebound deformation is analyzed,and the calculationformula of rebound deformation is provided. Based on the case history,the generation and dissipation process of thenegative excess pore water pressure in the anti-consolidation zone of the ground improved by surcharge preloading are studied,and the development law of rebound is obtained,which explains the phenomena of the smallrebound magnitude and fast stabilization after unloading. Key words:ground and foundation;surcharge preloading;unloading;anti-consolidation;rebound deformation 1 引言改革开放以来,在我国东南沿海地区,越来越多的大型工程不得不建在需要事先进行加固处理的深厚软弱地基上。作为一种加固软粘土地基的方法,超载预压以其具有的独到特色在许多土木工程的建设中得到了应用。使用超载预压法最令人关心的问题是工程使用期间的地基变形,包括超载卸除之后的回弹变形、预压期间未完成的主固结变形以及次固结变形。关于超载卸除之后的地基变形,目前用来预估卸载后地基残余沉降的方法有5种[1], 包括:次固结系数法、补偿沉降法、Stamatopoulos 1982年提出的实测曲线推算法、赤石勝1981年提?884?岩石力学与工程学报
