摘要
山西省地处东部与中部的交接处,拥有大量优质的自然资源,兼具交通优
势和资源优势,是重要的能源生产基地。但由于在经济发展的不同时期,不科
学的决策体系,使得山西省的产业结构转变和升级与一般工业化进程中的产业
结构演进规律出现偏差,导致山西经济发展过程中各产业比例关系长期失衡,
各次产业内部结构矛盾难以克服,严重影响了经济发展的质量与人民生活水平
的提高。因此,分析山西产业结构转变的演进过程,探讨山西产业结构演进的
规律,发现山西产业结构转变过程中存在的问题,提出山西产业结构调整的思
路和建议具有重要的现实意义。
本文利用山西省的历史相关资料,重点分析年至年间的山西产
业结构转变情况,结合工业化进程中产业结构演进的一般规律,对山西产业结
构转换进行分析研究。在研究过程中运用实证分析、定量分析、定性分析方法,
结合国内外学者的研究手段与研究理论对山西产业结构转变进行分析。
通过研究,得出经济增长必须从主要依靠要素数量的扩张转向主要依靠要
素使用效率和综合要素生产率的提高。调整山西省的产业结构,促进结构效益,
使山西省在全国的总体产业结构布局中处于更有利的地位。改造传统资源产业,
以此为前提,发展基础产业;以高新技术产业为龙头,提高增长内涵。使各次
产业的比例协调,形成良性的产业结构发展体系。

Abstract
Shanxi Province is situated at eastern and middle part of China, has
the massive high quality natural resource, the concurrently transportation
superiority and the resources superiority. Shanxi is the one of most
important energy production base. But because of in the different time of
economical development, and the unscientific policy-making system,
Shanxi Province’s industrial structure transformation and the promotion
has difference with the general industrialization advancement and
industrial structure evolution rule , which makes Shanxi economy
developing process and industrial proportion relations long-term to be
unbalanced, and each industry internal structure contradictory can’t be
e,It has affected the economical development quality and the
lives of the people. Therefore, analyzes the evolution process which the
Shanxi industrial structure transforms, discusses the Shanxi industrial
structure evolution, discovers in the Shanxi industrial structure
transformation that exists the question, proposes the Shanxi industrial
structure adjustment mentality and the suggestion have the important
practical significance.
