摘要

本文是以晋城市铸造产业群为研究对象,在大量阅读相关文献资料的基础上
实地考察和走访了多家相关企业,研究了晋城市铸造产业群发展的相关统计资
料,探讨了晋城市铸造产业群升级和发展过程。
本文概括了晋城市铸造产业群经过近年的发展过程中经历的技术、工艺、
产品等方面的升级,总结了晋城市铸造产业群面临的沿海铸造集群以及周边铸
造聚集区等外部环境的威胁,自身又存在技术制约、政策环境等不利因素,集
群未来的发展仍需进一步的升级。本文探讨了晋城市产业集群升级模型以及未
来的升级方向。本文认为晋城铸造集群首先要实现产品升级,更重要的是建立
专业市场形成区域品牌实现升级,最后本文针对晋城铸造产业集群发展现存的
主要问题提出了相应的对策和建议,包括做好公共基础设施建设、促进产业集
群内部网络联系、加强本地集群在全球价值链中的地位、建立健全产学研合作
体系;针对各个具体的集群升级,政策包括:建立信息交流平台、途径;强化
人才培训、提高职工素质;对集群内企业进行整顿、提高;给予政策倾斜,引
导、鼓励资金流入,等等。
本文首次将传统产业集群相关理论应用于欠发达地区的传统制造业产业集
群,首次研究了传统制造业集群的升级问题。在实地调研的基础上,首次对晋
城市铸造产业集群的发展现状进行了系统研究,首次探讨了晋城市铸造产业集
群发展升级模型,并对晋城市铸造产业集群未来的升级方向提出了建议,提出
了建立专业市场形成区域品牌的构想,这些创新点对晋城市铸造产业集群的未
来发展具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义,同时对国内其它传统制造业产业
集群发展研究也有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract
This thesis takes the foundry industrial cluster as the main focus; the
author has done many researches on the statistical resources, the
enhancing process and the developing process of JinCheng foundry
industrial cluster by reading relevant books and reviewing the relevant
factories personally.
JinCheng foundry industrial cluster has endured the enhancement in
both technological aspects as process, product and non-technological
aspects in the past 60 years. But because of the threats e from
the foundry industrial cluster in coastal cities and adjacent areas, the
disadvantage of technology and policy environment that exist inside the
JinCheng industrial cluster, the development of foundry industrial cluster
still needs further enhancing. This thesis has summarized the
enhancement process of industrial cluster and production mode in
JinCheng foundry industrial cluster, talked about its industrial cluster’s
update mode and tried to find direction for it. The author of this thesis
thinks that in order to realize product update, building up specialized
market to form region
