Methods: 60 cases of patients were random ly divided into 2 patients in the treatment group were treated by Q uanjing Acupuncture and Basic treatment; 30 patients in th e control group we re treated by T r aditional Acupuncture and the same Basic treatment, once before the treat ment and once afte r 3 periods of treatment. Before an d after 3 periods of treat ment, the value of Fugl-Meyer Assessm e nt either Body of upper lim b s or the lower extrem ities , 7 ????? The dif f erence b e tween before and afer treat ment were significantly in the two group(p< ). The Quan Jing group was better than the T r aditional group on the value of Fugl-Meyer Assess ment of the upper lim bs (p<),the dif f erence betw een the two group were very few on the value of Fugl-Meyer A ssessment of the lower ex trem ities (p>) Conclusion: The clinical study has proved that Q uanjing Acupunc t u re therapy is an ef fective method on recovery of movement function after apoplexy and hem i plegia
