摘要
伴随着我国经济的发展环境污染问题也变得日益严重起来政府越来越重视
环境问题并且制定了一系列的法律法规环境污染大部分是来自企业的生产经营活
动所以理应由企业来承担环境治理责任在环境治理过程中会产生环境支出和收
益从而对企业的经营成果财务状态产生影响这就要求企业的会计核算体系中
包含企业的环境活动并且及时地披露有关环境问题的信息对环境会计信息披露
进行深入研究这将有利于推进环境会计信息披露的发展也有助于解决日益恶化
的环境问题
本文立足于微观层面以上市公司为研究对象结合国内外的研究成果对我
国环境会计信息披露现状进行统计分析通过实证的研究方法构建环境会计信息披
露程度和影响因素的回归模型提出完善和改进我国环境会计信息披露的内容形
式等框架并对进一步改进我国环境会计信息披露提出建议本文分为六个部分
第一部分为引言提出研究的背景和意义并对文中提到的相关概念进行了界
定方便为后面更进一步的研究奠定理论基础
第二部分为环境会计信息披露的国内外综述重点分析了美国日本欧洲的
环境会计信息披露情况
第三部分是我国环境会计信息披露的现状分析通过选取年属于重
污染行业的家上市公司进行统计分析以及通过调查问卷的分析指出了我国目前
环境会计披露信息中存在的一些问题
第四部分是环境会计信息披露实证分析包括环境会计信息披露水平与影响因
素的相关性分析多重共线性诊断多元回归分析等
第五部分是构建我国环境会计信息披露的框架提出完善环境会计信息披露的
原则主体内容以及形式
第六部分是提出改进我国环境会计信息披露现状的建议

ABSTRACT
With the economic development the environment pollution has e more and
more serious. The environment pollution arose the government and a great part of
people’ attention. The government makes it as the basic policy of country and encorages
people to protect resource and environment. According to estimate,as the main reason
of pollution,enterprise should harness harnessing pollution cause higher
cost,which affect its perating of these effects,we can see that studing
environment information disclosure is very important to enterprise’ environment
protection. Based on the analysis above,it is better to carry out standard of disclosure to
study environmental information disclose.
Based on above analysis,it is necessary to disclose enterprises’environment
the knowledge and the practice of environment information of
western countries’,the author want to construct the system of environmental information
disclosure and give some advice. There are six chapters in this thesis:
