摘要摘要在20世纪80年代美国的重新崛起中,小企业在提供就业岗位和促进技术创新两方面扮演了重要角色。追溯历史我们发现,在战后到20世纪70年代末的这段时间里,小企业一直默默无为。为什么会在80年代爆发出如此大的能量,以至于整个美国经济都受益匪浅。本文试图从经济、社会文化、政府政策三个方面,对此做出回答。经济方面,一方面因为通货膨胀的降低改善了经济环境,~方面因为从20 世纪80年代开始的有利于小企业发展的经济结构的调整。政府政策的影响则是一个推动小企业发展的直接因素。20世纪80年代,美国政府颁布了多项法律,这些法律从税收、技术转移、放松管制和资金支持等方面直接促进了小企业的发展。社会文化方面,经过民主党长期的左倾化政策后,广大中产阶级对国家干预主义日益反感,大政府和大企业不再受到欢迎,强调自食其力,经艰苦奋斗赢得成功的保守主义思想重新受到社会的青睐。在保守主义思想的影响下,选择创业和到小企业就业的人越来越多。关键词:小企业20世纪80年代发展原因 20世纪80年代美国小企业发展原因初探 Abstract Smallbusinessesplayed akey roleinjob creation andtechnology innovationin 1980s,inwhichperiod adistinguished noticed that smallbusinesses are nothingimportantduring theperiod fromthe Second WorldWar tolate ’Sworth researching the reason why small businesses are so prosperous in 1980s thatbenefited .
