摘要
无功补偿是保证电力系统运行稳定,降低线路损耗,提高经济效益和保证电压质量的基本条件。国内变电站配备有载调压变压器和并联电容器组,通过合理地调节变压器分接头和投切电容器组,可以很大程度上改善电网电压质量,实现无功功率合理补偿。变电站电压无功综合控制系统的目标是在保证电压合格、无功功率基本平衡的基础上尽量减少调节次数。
九区图划分的电压无功调节判据,实际运行时在临界区域容易造成振荡和装置动作频繁,针对传统九区图控制策略的不足,本文引入了基于变量计算的VQC策略,通过这种策略算法得出变压器分接头和电容器投切开关的动作方案。
通过基于变量计算的VQC策略与传统九区图VQC策略相比,前者在不降低电压无功控制效果,同时能够减少有载调压器分接头和并联电容器组的调节次数,提高了电气设备使用寿命。

ABSTRACT
pensation is to guarantee the system runs stably and reduce power line loss, improve the economic benefit and ensure the basic conditions of voltage quality. Domestic substation equipped with on-load changer transformer and parallel capacitor group, through reasonably regulating transformer points joint and threw cutting capacitor set, can largely improve work voltage quality and realizing reactive power pensation.
Voltage reactive-power integrated control system's goal is to ensure voltage qualified, reactive power based on the basic balance to minimize regulation frequency. Nine area graph partition voltage reactive adjusting criterion, when actual operation in critical regions easily cause oscillation and device is frequent, conventional nine area chart deficiency of control strategy based on variable, this paper introduces the VQC strategy, calculated by this strategy that transformer points joint and algorithm of capacitor switching action plan.
Through the VQC strategy based on variable calculation with traditional nine area chart, the former VQC strategy in not lower than voltage reactive-power control effect also can reduce on-load pressure regulator point joint and parallel capacitor group of regulation, improving the frequency electric equipment using life.
