随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展,/应用在全球范围内日益普及,当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进,信息自动化的作用也越来越大,使企业网络平台使我们从繁杂的事务中解放出来,提高了我们的工作效率。
随着创业者的增多以及市场竞争的激烈,企业在社会的大环境中生存及被发现及具挑战性,导致创业者对孵化器的依赖性越来越强。做为孵化器应将企业、人才、以及企业相关信息,咨询与服务,讨坛等相关信息集成在一起,为企业之间、企业与人才之间应提供统一的服务平台,同时孵化器为企业的各种信息提供一个管理平台。让企业更好利用孵化器管理平台,省去传统的书面形式,利用计算机及网络技术为企业提供更为便捷的服务。本系统是基于B/S架构的三层Web应用,即浏览器与服务器模式,,,数据库采用开源的Oracle10G。本系统基于Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) 平台,使用Java与JSP语言,servlet等开源框架进行开发。

Along with the growth of the originalities and the severity of the petition, it is very challenge that the corporations can exist and be found,that makes the inaugurators more and more depend on the the incubater should makes the corporations,the able persons ,the informations about the corporations, consultation and service and discussion together ,then it can supply a uniform flat of service for the corportions and able persons,at the same time the incubater supply a plat of the management for the corportions’ kind of informations. That makes good use of the uniform flat of service to the corportions that leaves out the tradition form of the affidavit,and it can supply an better service for the corportions uses of puter work system on is according to the 3 F of the B/S structure Web application, namely browser and server mode, the browser can use , the server adoption opens the of source, and the database adoption opens the Oracle10G of system is according to the Java Edition(J2 EE) terrace of the 2 Enterprise, usage Java and JSP language and servlet etc. opens a source frame to carry on a development.
