上海交通大学硕士学位论文摘要 II METADATA SHARING SERVICES TECHNOLOGY OF SPATIAL INFORMATION GRID ABSTRACT In the process of city information construction, information development and separation of data production and application apartments render sharing of mass geographical and spatial data one of the important goals of information infrastructure construction. The share managing system ofthe spatial metadata is the key to realization of spatial data sharing. As we all know, the contents of geographical and spatial data are miscellaneous and the data volume is quite large. It is effective and useful to establish the spatial information metadata to share and manage them. The spatial metadata can be used to describe, manage, inquire and search spatial data to satisfy spatial data producers’ demands for management and maintenance of mass geographical and spatial data and to help users to search rapidly and precisely. In the base of having reviewed the current situation of study on sharing the geographical spatial data in China and internationally, andintegrated the frequently-used concept technique ofthe Grid GIS, spatial information grid (SIG) environment, web service, XML and J2EE, the thesis puts forward the spatial metadata managing system based on the XML data expression pattern, and implement the sharing service system of geographical and spatial metadata for user application and the multi-source isomericinformation system in the framework of J2EE and based on Web service. This technical platform makes possible information and service sharing in the whole distributed information cooperation system, achieves distributed system integration and provides users with convenient, rapid and precise geographical and spatial metadata service.
