山东大学硕士学位论文摘要斜拉桥是多次超静定结构,在施工过程中结构体系随施工阶段的改变而不断变化。尤其对于预应力混凝土斜拉桥,结构的实际参数与设计值存在的一些差异, 力随环境变化的不确定性,将会导致结构的应力状态和线形偏离设计值。这种偏离不仅影响桥梁的合拢,还会危及施工过程中结构的安全。因此,施工控制在斜拉桥施工过程中占有非常重要的地位。本文结合菏泽市长城路人行道桥,对以下几个方面的问题进行了研究: (1)对斜拉桥旅工监控进行了分析研究;介绍了长城路人行道桥的工程概况,指出了本工程的施工控制重点,提出了合理的监控方案与控制程序。(2)建立了长城路人行道桥有限元仿真计算分析的空间模型,用两种方法计算出了成桥索力,并优化了成桥索力;简单介绍了施工阶段的分析方法,并对每一个施工阶段进行了仿真分析计算,得到了各施工阶段及成桥后斜拉桥各主要构件的内力与变形数值,以指导施工监测工作。(3)分析了几种常用的索力测试方法;根据长城路人行道桥工程实际情况, 提出了一种能够测量销铰式锚固短索索力的方法,并将这种方法运用在实际工程中,取得了良好的效果。(4)根据长城路人行道桥实际情况,介绍了主梁标高和内力、拉索索力及钢塔内力和线形的测量方法和注意事项。(5)列出了各测试项的测量结果,并进行了误差分析。(6)最后,对本文进行了总结,并对此类工程施工监控的发展与研究进行了展望。本文通过理论计算分析与长城路人行道桥施工控制的全过程,对该类型的桥梁施工控制做了有益尝试,为以后该类型桥梁的施工控制提供了参考和借鉴。关键词:斜拉桥;施工控制;索力测量;支架法;模型仿真山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Cable-stayed bridge is ahigh reduntant structure system changes constantly with theconstruction stage changing inconstruction process.
